Klara Cosmetics (Malaysia) does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Klara Cosmetics (Malaysia) website receipt of purchase.
Please understand that we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.
Any returns that have been ordered via klaracosmetics.com.my will need to be returned to the Klara Cosmetics (Malaysia) head office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email Klara Cosmetics (Malaysia) at
email@example.com to have the return authorised. Klara Cosmetics (Malaysia) will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you ascertain that the item is damaged or incorrect. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately,
quoting your order number. The resupply of product will not incur shipping.
Shipping to multiple addresses
Each order you place can be shipped to a single address. If you, or your company, require orders to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order per address.
